SARE progressively stations in provincial capital cities such as Chengdu and Changsha. The manufacturing in Vietnam extends its production capacity by an additional knitwear manufacturing factory.

The new generation mega factory is commissioned with an annual production capacity of 8 million pieces, symbolizing the transformation to the “industry 4.0” era; the manufacturing in Vietnam is also completed for full operation in the same year.

Introduce the automated computerized weaving machinery into knitwear manufacturing and embark on the “Industry 2.0” era.

South Asia Property Management is officially inaugurated with the first-class qualifications from the Ministry of Construction (currently known as “Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development”). Lucky Full City Seafood Ltd. enters Xiamen to open its first local store in the same year.

Set up the Hong Kong Lucky Full City Seafood Ltd. alongside with the launching of its first-ever store in Fuzhou.

South Asia Group started its engagement in the real estate business, building projects commence subsequently in Quanzhou and Xiamen.
